Most Important Persons already noted, I guess theres no harm in breaking the news to anyone reading now:
I quit my studies in Medicine.
For a lot of reasons... already thought of weeks before the riot in Egypt broke out and we were forced to return home, that I'll probably write about in the near / far future. But not right now.
I'm not happy that I'll be leaving something a lot of people chased and are chasing after, the scholarship I fought hard for, and leaving the good (excellent!) friends I made (especially my housemates, The Biskuts). But ultimately, I had to do what is best for me... and what makes ME happy.
Its a bit selfish. But I don't want to have to look back and regret that I spent 6 years on something that I am neither good at or happy doing.
Alexandria, my time with you was nothing short of spectacular. But I gotta go do something bigger for myself now.
