Movies Schmovies.

Honestly, don't read this post. Its a waste of your time. Seriously. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Seriously. I have a jealousy complexity. Well, not regarding things one would've thought, but instead over something quite medieval. Yeah, its normal to be slightly envious at someone over something that they have, and you don't but... aiseh.

Because someone watches a movie earlier than you also can be jealous ah?

LOL. I'm actually talking about Toy Story 3. I mean, tak kisahla the people back in Malaysia, but the ones here in Egypt. Hell. Only *I know how many movies I've missed being here coz I keep count. YES. I keep count. Coz I LOVE WATCHING MOVIES, and back home if I didn't watch it in the cinemas, my sibs and I would surely whore out on pirated DVDs. Here. Aiyo. 

So the past few days I found out Toy Story 3 had been showing here in Alexandria since... later in June. And I went around nagging about it to everyone, and how I would be watching it tonight with a few close friends. Well, turns out some people took my advice and are right now, are probably at the cinemas purchasing an earlier ticket.

Do you realize how much spoilers I'd get once these people get back? ZOMG. I hate spoilers!!!! 

So just in case you say "Holla" to me later this evening and I don't reply, don't take it to heart, coz I would've probably stuffed my ear with whatever ear-plug alternatives found around the house. 

BUT WTV. IDC. 

I knowwww I'm saying this just to please myself, but.... Whatever mannnnnn AS LONG AS I GET TO WATCH THE MOVIE!!!

Seriously. I hyperventilate every time I talk about this movie. So I don't think its necessary to put into words how much I've been looking forward to it and how freakin' ECSTATIC I am to finally finally get to watch it! WOOHOO! Uh uh uh uh uh uh uh uh.

So lets just push my unacceptably childish behaviour aside and talk about another movie. Say... Transformers 3. The thing is, if you've been keeping up with celebrity gossips (I don't. I swear. Okay maybe I visit Perez Hilton twice/thrice a week, so whattttt) you would've known that Megan Fox once said bad things about the Transformers series' director: Michael Bay.

Its enough to mention that she compared the guy to a nazi. Erk. I don't think she has ever heard the phrase: "Never bite the hands that feed you" before. Coz this guy made her famous mannn. If she weren't forced into a teeny weeny miniskirt back in the first Transformers movie, she would've just played small roles like that girl she played in Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen.

So basically Michael Bay cut her off. 

I mean, I don't care much. I mean, as long as Shia La Beouf and some computer generated robots are still in the script, I'd go watch it coz I want to. And coz I don't see the point of watching a movie with sequels and not continue till the end. 

I thought Bay would make sure the script writers kill Mikaela, or gets her thrown in jail with her newly jail-bounded father, or SOMETHING. I didn't expect that they'd give the role Mikaela to another girl!!

I mean. THIS SUCKS! Whatever movie / tv series that does not feature the original casts in its sequels or following episodes are just PLAIN WRONG MANNN. 

Imagine this: You watch Harry Potter. And someone else plays Hermione after the 6th series. How effed up is that? It doesn't matter if the actors look alike. It just won't feel very much the same! Coz I felt it was weird when they replaced the original actor who played Dumblebore, with the guy who played Gandalf in Lord of The Rings. But this is an acceptable replacement lah coz the original actor died. What else could you have done kan?

But. I mean. Now Mikaela is gonna be portrayed by a model/actress: Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. So she's hot. I googled her and it was all lingerie and swimsuits. -_____-" She's pretty. And well, she kinda looks similar to Megan Fox. But stillllll. Damn its gonna be weird watching Shia running around beating the hell out of robots with a different girl.

SOB.

At least kill Mikaela and give the girl another role! 

I'll give you an even tear-worthy example: What if in Friends, they decided to replace any of the original characters. OH MY GOD. If this happened I would've cried myself to sleep and personally beat the shit out of their producers.
